Nestled among tall ponderosa pines in the heart of the historic mountains of Evergreen lies the Evergreen Elks Lodge.  The largest rental space in the Evergreen area, the beautifully remodeled ballroom offers the most reasonably priced event space in the Front Range.  With multiple rental options, we can accommodate small, intimate gatherings or large events. Whatever your need for space, beauty and privacy, the Evergreen Elks Lodge can help you hold the event of your dreams.  Our facilities include:

• A 5,000 SF Ballroom with 1,500 SF parquet dance floor and is equipped with mood lighting and a disco ball.  The ballroom has its own private bar and can comfortably seat 250 guests.
• Our Banquet Room has lovely oak tables and chairs and can accommodate up to 70 guests.  It includes an intimate dance floor and a beautiful oak bar with matching bar stools.
• For outdoor events, we have a private patio with an entertainment pavilion.  The Patio is brimming with plants, trees and flowers and is a lovely setting for weddings, receptions or other outdoor gatherings.  The Patio can accommodate up to 100 guests.

 Planning Your Event

The professional, friendly staff will work with you to create long lasting memories.  Our staff can:

• Supply you with recommendations for caterers, DJ’s and bands that are familiar with our Lodge.
• A fully equipped commercial kitchen with a walk-in refrigerator, convection oven and a 6-burner stove is available for rent.  Everything your caterer will need to create a memorable meal.
• Linens are available for rent.
• 25, five-foot round tables and 200 white banquet chairs are available for no extra charge.
• You can choose to clean up after your event or pay for our staff to clean up for you.

The Evergreen Jazz Festival has completed many successful seasons.  An article in the August 22, 2012 Canyon Courier by the retiring Evergreen Jazz Festival founder, Sterling Nelson, commented: “The Elks Lodge is due a great deal of thanks for the improvements it has made in the facility, making it a first-class site for such activities.” The Evergreen Elks Lodge is the primary venue for the Jazz Festival.
